Right of withdrawal

A right of withdrawal is offered to the buyer under article L.221-18 to 28 of the consumer code. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer has a period of 14 days to return the product to www.Bagavin.com - Traditions & Innovations SARL and request a refund. When the period of 14 days expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall inform us (Bagavin / Traditions & Innovations - 1 chemin de la boule, 66240 Saint Estève, France / Email: ti.bagavin@gmail.com / Tel: +33 (0)4 11 64 87 82) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, in a letter sent by post or email). For this, you may use the attached withdrawal form.

Products damaged after delivery will not be accepted. The buyer who uses this faculty will have the obligation to return, under his responsibility and at his expense, the goods ordered to the seller's warehouse. When the goods have been sold within a promotional package, all of it must be returned to www.Bagavin.com - Traditions & Innovations SARL. The seller must reimburse the purchase within 14 days, from the date on which the seller is informed of the consumer's decision to retract. We may refuse to make the refund until the goods are recovered or until the consumer has provided proof of the shipment of these goods, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.
